Hi there, I’m Dr. Vani Nair.
I was born in a traditional Ayurveda family with a long lineage of 110 years. We are “Puthenpurackal Tharavad” in the city of Kottayam.

Born to Dr. Rajagopalan Nair, a renowned Ayurvedic physician who is still practicing traditional Ayurvedic medicine, preceded by his father a well-known vishavaidyan [toxicology expert] Madhavan Nair and also Vaidyakalanidhi Krishnan Nair.
Being brought up amid herbal plants and manuscripts, my intrigue towards Ayurveda began at a very early age.

I graduated from the “Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research” in the year of 2009 with a Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) degree.
I obtained immense knowledge about traditional combinations during practice with my father for nearly 3 years. I did a training program in Nadi Pareeksha [Pulse Diagnosis] in Surat and learned basic concepts in clinical psychology from “Indira Gandhi National Open University” (IGNOU). I am also certified in Hypnotherapy and Marma.

I worked with “Kerala Ayurveda Samajam (Society)” as a duty doctor under the guidance of Padmashree-award holder Dr. Rajagopal, Avaniparambu Maheswaran Namboothiri, and Dr. Muraleedharan. They are renowned physicians of Kerala who treat Autism, ADHD, Infertility, and Diabetes.

I practiced in “Santhigram Ayurveda Hospital” in Delhi, “Sri Sri Ayurveda Panchakarma Hospital”, and “Arya Vaidya Nilayam” for the last 7 years.

Joined “Santhigiri Ayurveda and Siddha Hospital” in the city of Bangalore, been here for more than a year as a visiting consultant with a wide range of experience. I am known here as a Child Health Ayurveda specialist, also an expert in Ayurvedic Gynaecology, Skin Diseases Ayurvedic Physician. I treat Lifestyle disorders, I am an Ayurvedic doctor for arthritis spectrum disorders, and more.

I also work as a senior consultant at “Ayur Jagruti Ayurveda clinic” in the city of Bangalore.
