Hello, I am Dr. Seema Pradeep.

A chief Ayurveda consultant with a Postgraduate Degree in Ayurveda internal medicine and treatment.
I received my traditional and authentic Ayurvedic knowledge and began practicing it in the state of Kerala in India, which is the most famous place for learning and practicing authentic Ayurveda.

My clinical experience in Ayurveda is more than 23 years. I don’t just teach with the use of Internal medicine but also with Yoga. ​​I am a “Quality Council Of India” Certified Yoga Teacher.
I teach Ayurveda for the past 18 years.
